It’s simple. Pay a refundable damage deposit and an optional initial rental, choose a date and time to take delivery of your vehicle and have your ZapTec installed, then enjoy stress free motoring. Once your rental term is up, you can return it for no fee, or discuss either an extension or a new vehicle with us.

Let our service team know and we’ll get it booked in at a Rentals Direct EV approved service partner to have the work carried out at no cost to you!

Our service team will arrange for a free of charge replacement to keep you on the road while yours is being repaired. Once your vehicle is ready to get back on the road we’ll arrange a convenient date/time to swap it with your replacement vehicle.

Our long term hires come with a ‘Fair Wear & Tear’ allowance. If your vehicle’s damage bill exceeds the allowance, you will be charged for the repairs, however most minor marks and age related cosmetic issues will be covered. Other than damages, there is nothing to pay at the end of your term and you will be refunded your damage deposit.
